Join the Kilburn Cosmos Men’s Rugby Team!

Whether you're an experienced player or completely new to rugby, our Men’s squad is always welcoming new members. We currently compete in Counties 2 Middlesex and train locally in North West London.

The team is based at Gladstone Park — proudly flying the flag as the home of rugby in Brent. We also use additional training facilities near Wembley Park throughout the season.

We offer a great mix of competitive rugby, skill development, and community spirit. Our squad is friendly, diverse and social, and we’re
just as serious about enjoying the post-match pint as we are about match day performance.

FAQs

Do I need experience?
Not at all — we have players who have never played before alongside seasoned players. Everyone is welcome to try.

What should I wear?
For your first session, fitness clothes and trainers are perfect. Later, you’ll want boots and a gumshield.

Can I join mid-season?
Yes! We welcome new players year-round — jump in whenever you’re ready.

Do I need to be really fit for rugby?
We take players of all abilities so don’t worry about your current fitness level, we’re here to fix that!
