Fresher’s fair at the College of North West London.
On Tuesday 26th September, a few Cosmos players represented the Club at our local college’s freshers fair.We were invited by the college as a local sports club to try and entice some potential recruits and grow visibility for the sport in their highly diverse student base.
For anyone who is not familiar with our shared borough of Brent, it is not traditionally a hot bed for rugby.So, as is the Kilburn way, we were keen to get out into our community and share our beloved game.
We had a great day handing out flyers and running some activities on the basketball court with largely complete beginners.
